- How can a property owner use the digital property map?
By visiting the website maps.ktimatologio.gr, the user will see the map of Greece displayed on their mobile phone or computer screen. There, they can search for their property by using either the National Cadastral Code (“KAEK”), the regional unit where the property is located, or the geographical coordinates.
In addition, they can zoom in to locate a property regardless of the current stage of the Cadastre and view the area as it was recorded during the cadastral survey. They can also check the current progress of the cadastral process and compare the property’s appearance as shown in aerial photographs from 2015–2016, 2010–2011, 2007–2009, and 1945–1960.
- What can an owner do regarding the initial registrations in the Cadastre?
Through the application ktimanet.gr/CitizenWebApp/InfoInitialRecords.aspx, any owner who has submitted a property declaration can view the outcome of the cadastral survey for their properties. It should be noted that the so-called “initial registrations” of the Cadastre display the legal and spatial information of a property as it stood at the time the cadastral survey was completed.
- How can an owner access the cadastral data of their properties?
Using the application ktimanet.gr/Myktima/MyKtima/, natural or legal persons can access information regarding the current legal status and details of the properties in which they have been registered as owners or usufructuaries since the Cadastre began operating. Login is performed using taxisnet credentials, and the user can also obtain:
(A) a Geographical Database Extract, and
(B) a Spatial Database Extract.
- What applies to the digital issuance of certificates after the completion of the cadastral survey?
By clicking on ktimatologio.gr/e-services/12, users can submit requests and receive the following documents exclusively in digital form, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

Access to the register is available through enexyra.ktimatologio.gr. It should be noted that the Register fully replaces the old printed mortgage books and is maintained centrally and exclusively in digital form by the Hellenic Cadastre, as a descriptive database covering the entire country.
- What is provided regarding the electronic submission of notarial deeds?
Through the application ktimanet.gr/Professionals/Account/LoginCitizen, natural and legal persons can digitally submit to the operating Cadastral Offices—on working days from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.—applications for the registration in the Cadastre of notarial deeds in which they are contracting parties. They may also receive digitally (in PDF format) the Certificate of Registration for the same deed. The electronic platform also allows users to monitor the progress of each submitted application.
- What applies to the correction of obvious errors?
Through the web address ktimatologio.gr/e-services/9, an interested owner may submit an application to correct obvious errors for properties in which they hold rights, provided that the recorded data can be easily corrected.
Which errors fall under this category?
(I) Incorrect entries regarding the beneficiary’s personal details, as verified by their police identity card or other public documents of equal evidentiary value (e.g., birth or marriage certificate, municipal family status certificate, income tax clearance certificate, etc.).
(II) Information concerning the registered right, its title, or the property itself.
- What should an owner know about obtaining a copy of a cadastral sheet?
The owner should be aware that this service is provided through the application gov.gr/ipiresies/polites-kai-kathemerinoteta/ellenes-tou-exoterikou/antigrapho-ktematologikou-phullou. Upon submitting the application, a fee payment form for the issuance of the certificate is automatically generated. The certificate becomes available once the required fee is paid, within 7 days.
- What applies to obtaining certificates and copies from the archives of the Mortgage Offices?
By visiting ktimatologio.gr/e-services/12, the interested party may request copies of deeds and all other certificates issued by the Mortgage Offices that have been integrated into the Hellenic Cadastre’s system.

By visiting ktimanet.gr/ApodeiktikoKHD, users can access the service that allows them to verify the authenticity of a Proof of Electronic Diagram using the unique Electronic Diagram Code (KHD), and to obtain a copy of the proof.
- What should an owner know about the vector file of the cadastral diagram?
Through the service available at ktimanet.gr/ExtractDXF, the coordinate data of a cadastral diagram can be obtained in vector format, using the unique code indicated on the cadastral diagram issued by the Cadastral Office. The cadastral diagram is issued upon application and is required for registrable deeds or correction requests that result in a spatial modification of the Cadastre’s diagrams.
- How is the calculation of fees and charges carried out?
Through the application gov.gr/ipiresies/polites-kai-kathemerinoteta/ellenes-tou-exoterikou/upologismos-ktematologikon-telon-kai-dikaiomaton, owners can independently calculate the amount they need to pay for their respective transaction with the Cadastral Offices (e.g., property sale, registration of a pre-notation of mortgage, etc.).
